Common Questions
Do I need to have done a workshop first?
Ideally, yes. The workshop creates the foundation (brand narrative, strategy, roadmap) that we then execute together. In some cases I’ll work with partnership clients who already have strong clarity in place.
Can I cancel anytime?
After your minimum commitment (3 or 6 months), yes. Just give 30 days’ notice. Most churches continue because they see ongoing value.
What if we don’t use all the call time some months?
Some months you’ll need more support than others. Call time doesn’t roll over, but even in lighter months you still have ongoing email and text access.
Can we add services beyond the monthly partnership?
Absolutely. Partnership clients receive 15% off additional services like research, workshops, and training.
What if our needs change over time?
We’ll reassess every 3–6 months. You can scale up, scale down, or shift focus as your church’s needs evolve.
